Celebrating 200!

In celebration of her 200th follower on Twitter, Terri is giving one lucky fan the opportunity to pose with her in a photo set of that fan's choosing. This means that the fan will get to choose the setting and the style of the photos that will go into making up the set, within certain obvious boundaries*.

The prize will be a set of at least six (6) images published to Flickr, and at least two (2) others published to Terri's "All of Me" blog. It will be up to the winner to determine where the photos are taken, what theme the shoot will have, what clothing, or lack of, will be worn, and if the shoot will be glamour, pin up, softcore,  or hardcore.

To have the opportunity to win this amazing prize is very easy, simply join Terri's Fan Club Group before she gains her 250th follower. All Terri's Fan Club Group members as at Midnight PST on the day Terri gain 250 followers on Flickr will be entered into the random draw, and one name will be selected to do the shoot with her. How easy is that?

*All RL participants must be over 18 and all avatars must appear to be over 18. No depiction of violence or death is allowed, though bondage is acceptable.

Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: Sharess Studios.

2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

3. Details on how to enter are that Entry can only be made by joining the Terri Topliss Fan Club on Second Life. You MUST have a Second Life Avatar to enter this Competition.

4. Closing date for entry will be Midnight PST on the day Terri's Flickr Account gains 250 Followers. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

5. No responsibility can be accepted for those late joining the group for whatever reason.

6. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows:

7. All Images, whether taken on a set, on location, or in the studio, will be taken by an employee of The promoter, or by a photographer appointed by The promoter.

8. All RL participants must be over 18 and all avatars must appear to be over 18.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

11. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

12. The Winner will be chosen at random from all group members and will be verified by Promoter and or its agents.

13. The winner will be notified by IM and/or NC within Seven (7) days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within Fourteen (14) days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

14. The Photo Shoot will be organised and done within Thirty (30) days of the winner responding to notification, and the Images and Blog postings published within Fourteen (14) days of the shoot occurring.

15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in the published material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current NZ data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

19. The winner’s name will be published on Terri's Blog once they have responded to notification of their winning the prize.

20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
